The Iranian Center for International Legal Studies in The Hague, with its primary focus on the international Trade Law including “international commercial law, international commercial Arbitration, and international Investment Law” at its dedicated department “ICITRAL” conducts different research programs, workshops, seminars, conferences, and competitions, aiming to contribute substantially to the field of International Trade Law in a Global Scale. The subsidiary department “GSIL” conducts legal research and activities in other fields of International Law as well.
The Center is a hub for different researchers from around the world focusing mostly on Middle Eastern and Iranian legal researchers in the area of International Trade Law and general studies of international law.
The ICITRAL department publishes seasonal journals and reports including different articles by law professors and students in the field of international commercial law and Arbitration, research projects in the relevant fields of International Trade Law and a summary of the works and projects accomplished by the center.
Although the primary focus and attention is given to the (Iranian Center for International Trade Law) the “ICITRALl”; the subsidiary department of “GSIL” conducts the same practice in a shorter scale.
